ANDVSA Survivor Support and Legal Services

Through its survivor support program, ANDVSA offers free civil legal help to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking, including brief advice and direct representation in civil cases such as protective orders, divorce, child custody, and housing. It also provides a legal information and referral hotline staffed by volunteer attorneys and assistance with emergency and permanent housing. Survivors usually access the program by asking a local member program advocate for a referral.
