Suspected child abuse or neglect in Arkansas is reported to the statewide Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-482-5964, with a TDD line at 1-800-843-6349, staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Anyone can make a report, and mandated reporters can also submit reports through the secure online Mandated Reporter portal. In an immediate emergency, call 911 or local law enforcement.
