Suspected child abuse or neglect in Arizona is reported to the statewide DCS Child Abuse Hotline at 888-767-2445 (888-SOS-CHILD), staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by trained social work professionals. When you report, you will be asked about the child, the nature of your concerns, the child's location, and the family. In an immediate emergency, call 911 or local law enforcement.
