Protective Services for the Elderly investigates and helps people age 60 and older who are at risk of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment. To report concerns, call the toll-free line at 1-888-385-4225 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or report online. After hours, call 2-1-1, or 1-800-203-1234 from outside Connecticut.

Older Connecticut residents (age 60+) who may be victims of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment, and family members, neighbors, or professionals concerned about them. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
