Connecticut Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program (CT Safe at Home (ACP))
A free program that gives eligible survivors a substitute Hartford mailing address and free first-class mail forwarding so their actual address stays out of public government records, including voter registry and marriage records. The Office of the Secretary of the State issues a certification card to each participant. For questions, call 860-509-6006.
Who it is for
Connecticut residents who are or have been victims of family violence, sexual assault, or stalking, or who are at risk of injury to a minor, and who have relocated or will relocate to keep their address confidential.
