DC Adult Protective Services (APS)
Adult Protective Services investigates reports of abuse, neglect, self-neglect, and financial exploitation of vulnerable adults and works to protect them. Reports can be made to the APS hotline 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Vulnerable and older adults in the District who are experiencing abuse, neglect, or exploitation, and anyone who wants to report concern for such an adult.
