Delaware Adult Protective Services

Adult Protective Services investigates reports that a vulnerable adult is being abandoned, abused, neglected, self-neglecting, or financially or sexually exploited and is unable to protect their own interests. To report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an older person or an adult with a disability who does not live in a licensed long term care facility, call the Adult Protective Services line at 1-888-277-4302 (1-888-APS-4302) or use the online submission form. Reporters remain confidential and may report anonymously. If an adult is in immediate danger, call 911.
