Delaware Child Abuse and Neglect Report Line
Delaware's Division of Family Services responds to reports of suspected child abuse or neglect. Anyone who suspects a child under 18 is being abused or neglected, or is at risk, can call the statewide Child Abuse and Neglect Report Line at 1-800-292-9582, which is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by DFS staff, or call 911 in an emergency. Reporters do not have to give their names and do not need proof, only a reasonable suspicion. Reports can also be made through the online Reporter Portal.
