Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence (DCADV)

DCADV is Delaware's statewide domestic violence coalition. It does not run shelters or provide direct crisis services itself, but it connects survivors to local domestic violence programs for safety planning, shelter, counseling, and advocacy, and it points survivors to the 24-hour county hotlines: New Castle County (302) 762-6110, Kent and Sussex Counties (302) 422-8058, and the bilingual Abriendo Puertas line (302) 745-9874. DCADV also trains advocates and allied professionals and advocates for survivors statewide.
