Adult Protective Services provides crisis intervention, investigation, and emergency services for vulnerable adults who experience abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, or self-neglect, without regard to income. Reports can be made to the statewide reporting line at (808) 832-5115. Reporters may remain anonymous.
