Hawaii Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting (Child Welfare Services)
Child Welfare Services receives and responds to reports of suspected child abuse and neglect 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Report to the Oahu hotline at (808) 832-5300 or, from the neighbor islands, toll free at 1-888-380-3088. Anyone may report, and reports may be made anonymously.
