Iowa Coalition Against Domestic Violence (ICADV) (ICADV)
Iowa's statewide domestic violence coalition, which supports a network of community-based victim service provider agencies across the state. ICADV does not provide direct services itself but connects survivors with confidential local help including crisis support, safety planning, emergency shelter, and advocacy, and following the 2026 wind-down of the standalone Iowa Coalition Against Sexual Assault it now also carries statewide sexual assault advocacy. Survivors can call the statewide hotline at 1-800-770-1650 or text IOWAHELP to 20121 for free, confidential support, or use the Survivor Support page to find a local program.
Who it is for
