Iowa Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program (Safe at Home)
Free state program that gives survivors a substitute mailing address to use for public records and government services, while the Secretary of State's office forwards their first class mail, government mail, and prescription packages to their actual address, helping keep their real location confidential as part of a safety plan. Any adult Iowa resident who has experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, or stalking may apply, along with parents or family members of a qualifying minor.
