Idaho Attorney General Victim Assistance (AG Victim Services)
The Idaho Attorney General provides victim assistance, including support for victims in cases handled by the office and general information and referral for all crime victims in Idaho. The office publishes information on the rights of crime victims, which are set out in Article I, Section 22 of the Idaho Constitution and in Idaho Code 19-5306, covering crimes such as domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, stalking, and human trafficking.
