Illinois Adult Protective Services
Statewide program that investigates reports of abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, and self-neglect of adults age 60 and older and adults age 18 to 59 with disabilities who live in the community. To report suspected abuse, call the 24-hour Adult Protective Services Hotline at 1-866-800-1409 (TTY 1-888-206-1327). The program is locally coordinated through provider agencies across Illinois.
