The Illinois Attorney General's office supports crime victims through several programs, including Crime Victim Compensation, a Statewide Victim Assistance Program, the VINE offender notification system, the Address Confidentiality Program, and domestic violence prevention resources. The Crime Victims Assistance Line at 1-800-228-3368 connects victims to help (callers with hearing or speech disabilities can use the 7-1-1 relay service).
