Illinois Coalition Against Domestic Violence (ICADV)
Statewide coalition of more than 60 member domestic violence programs across Illinois. ICADV does not provide direct crisis services itself but connects survivors to local member programs that offer emergency shelter, counseling, and legal advocacy. Survivors who need immediate help should use the statewide Illinois Domestic Violence Helpline at 877-863-6338, which can be called or texted 24/7.
