Indiana Adult Protective Services Reporting Line (Indiana APS)

Statewide line to report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an endangered adult who is unable to protect themselves due to a physical or mental condition. Call the toll-free Adult Protective Services hotline at 1-800-992-6978, available 24 hours a day, or use the online reporting option. Reports are routed for investigation, and you can report anonymously. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
