Kentucky Adult Protective Services
Adult Protective Services investigates reports that an adult is being abused, neglected, or financially exploited and is unable to protect themselves. Reports can be made statewide, 24 hours a day, by calling the Child and Adult Abuse Hotline at 1-877-597-2331 (1-877-KYSAFE1) or 1-800-752-6200. Non-emergency reports can also be made through the state's online reporting system, which is monitored on non-holiday weekdays. If an adult is in immediate danger, call 911.
