Massachusetts Address Confidentiality Program (MA ACP)

The Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) is a free mail forwarding service that gives eligible survivors a protected substitute address to use with state and municipal agencies, keeping their real address out of public records. The program forwards first-class mail to the participant's actual address. To apply, you work with a certified application assistant, and you must have recently relocated to an address unknown to the person who threatens you.

Who it is for

Survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, rape, and stalking, as well as certain legally protected health care providers, who have recently relocated to keep their location safe. For questions, call 617-727-3261 or the toll-free line 1-866-723-3233 (1-866-SAFE-ADD).

Focus: Domestic and intimate partner violence, Sexual assault, Stalking and harassment

How to reach them

Use the organization's own page for current hours, contact, and any local sites. For safety, Findwell does not publish shelter locations or other confidential addresses.
