Massachusetts Elder Abuse Reporting and Protective Services (MA Elder Abuse Hotline)

Massachusetts operates a statewide hotline to report suspected abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of adults age 60 and older. Call 1-800-922-2275 any time, day or night, 7 days a week. Reports can be made anonymously and are referred to local Protective Services agencies for screening and, when indicated, investigation and help connecting the elder to medical, mental health, legal, and social services.

Older adults age 60 and over who may be experiencing abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation, and the family members, neighbors, and professionals concerned about them. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
