Maryland Crime Victims' Resource Center (MCVRC)
MCVRC is a statewide nonprofit that provides free legal help, advocacy, and support to crime victims in Maryland. Among other services, it helps victims apply for and pursue compensation from the state Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, asserts victims' rights in the justice system, and offers support to victims of homicide, assault, sexual assault, child abuse, identity theft, and other crimes.
