Maine Address Confidentiality Program

Program administered by the Secretary of State that gives eligible survivors a designated substitute address to use in place of their real address, along with free first-class confidential mail forwarding, so an abuser cannot locate them through public records. Application is made with the help of an application assistant at a victim service program. Reach the program at (207) 626-8400 or acp.sos@maine.gov.

Maine residents who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking, including a parent or guardian applying for a minor or incapacitated person.
