Michigan Address Confidentiality Program (MI ACP)
A statewide program that helps survivors keep their home address confidential by providing an official substitute address and free mail forwarding, so their real address stays out of public records. Applications must be completed with the help of a certified Application Assistant or victim advocate. The program is administered by the Michigan Department of Attorney General.
Who it is for
Adults and emancipated minors who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking, or who are at risk of being threatened or harmed if their address is revealed, and who are relocating or have relocated to keep their location safe.
