The Minnesota Adult Abuse Reporting Center (MAARC) is the statewide centralized entry point for reporting suspected maltreatment, neglect, or financial exploitation of vulnerable adults. Call 1-844-880-1574, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to make a report. Reports are referred to the responsible lead agency, usually county adult protective services, the Minnesota Department of Health, or the Department of Human Services. If you make a report, your identity is kept confidential and cannot be released without a court order.
