Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program
Statewide address confidentiality program that gives survivors a substitute mailing address to use in place of their home address on new public records, with mail forwarded through the Secretary of State's office to keep the real address hidden. It is open to Missourians who have survived domestic violence, sexual assault, rape, stalking, human trafficking, or similar crimes and who fear future harm. Trained application assistants at nonprofit and government agencies across the state help people enroll. For questions, call 1-866-509-1409.
