Montana Address Confidentiality Program (ACP)

Montana's Address Confidentiality Program helps qualifying survivors protect their address. If you have moved to a new Montana location unknown to your abuser, the program provides a substitute address and a free first-class confidential mail forwarding service. Apply online or by mail. Contact 406-444-3653 or DOJDCIACP@mt.gov.

Who it is for

Montana residents who are victims of partner or family member assault, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking, or who are eligible to apply for an Order of Protection, and who provide required proof such as a protection order or police report.
