Montana Adult Protective Services (Montana APS)
Montana's Adult Protective Services responds to abuse, neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults, defined as people 60 or older or adults 18 and older with a physical or mental impairment or developmental disability that limits their ability to care for themselves. To make a report or find your area office, call 1-844-277-9300, available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except holidays. Reports can also be made online. For an emergency, call 911.

Anyone who believes a vulnerable or older adult in Montana is being abused, neglected, or exploited, including the adult themselves, family, and caregivers.
