North Dakota Attorney General Victim Notifications and Rights (ND AG Victim Notifications)

The Office of the North Dakota Attorney General provides victim notification through the Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification system (ND SAVIN), which uses the VINE system to give crime victims free, confidential alerts by phone, text, or email about offender custody status, court cases, parole and probation, and protection and restraining orders. The Attorney General also publishes information on victim rights under North Dakota's Marsy's Law, including the right to notice of and presence at court proceedings. To register or update notifications, call 1-866-631-8463 (press 1-1-0 for a live operator) or use VINELink. The Attorney General's general line is 701-328-2210.
