North Dakota Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting (ND Child Abuse Reporting)

In North Dakota, suspected child abuse or neglect is reported to the Child Protection Services Central Intake Unit. Call 1-833-958-3500 to make a report; the line is monitored from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time. Reports can also be faxed to 701-328-0361 or dropped off at a local Human Service Zone office, which forwards them to Central Intake. Anyone who suspects a child is being maltreated can report. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
