North Dakota DOCR Victims Services (ND DOCR Victims Services)
The Victims Services division within the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation administers the state Crime Victims Compensation program and the federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) victim assistance funds that support community-based victim service programs across North Dakota. The division also provides services when an offender is in DOCR custody, including crisis intervention, information about incarceration status, and restorative justice services.
