Legal Services of North Dakota (Legal Services of ND)
Legal Services of North Dakota is the statewide nonprofit that provides free civil legal assistance to low-income and elderly North Dakotans, including help with protection orders, housing, and protection from financial exploitation. It is a Legal Services Corporation grantee and does not charge clients for legal services. Reach the statewide intake line at 1-800-634-5263 for people under age 60, or the senior legal line at 1-866-621-9886 for people age 60 and older. Eligibility is based on income, having a North Dakota legal issue, and completing an application.
