Nebraska Address Confidentiality Program (Safe at Home)
Address confidentiality program for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking who have relocated or are planning to move to a place unknown to their abuser. Participants receive a substitute address to use with state and local agencies and a free first-class mail forwarding service so their actual address stays confidential.
