New Jersey Address Confidentiality Program (ACP)

Statewide address confidentiality program that provides a legal substitute address for survivors of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual violence (and certain others) to help keep their actual residential, work, or school location confidential. State and local government agencies must accept the substitute address as the participant's legal address of record.

Survivors of domestic violence, stalking, or sexual violence in New Jersey who are relocating and want to keep their new address confidential.
