Nevada Adult Protective Services (APS)

Adult Protective Services at the Nevada Aging and Disability Services Division receives and investigates reports of abuse, neglect, self-neglect, exploitation, isolation, and abandonment of vulnerable adults age 18 and older, including persons 60 and older. To report, call 888-729-0571 for statewide and all other areas, or 702-486-6930 in Las Vegas and Clark County, Monday through Friday. If a vulnerable adult is in immediate danger, call 911 or local law enforcement.

Anyone who suspects abuse, neglect, exploitation, isolation, or abandonment of a vulnerable adult living in Nevada.
