Statewide line to report suspected abuse, neglect, self-neglect, or exploitation of an adult age 60 or older. Call 1-855-OHIO-APS (1-855-644-6277), available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, or report online. Reports route to the county Department of Job and Family Services for investigation and protective services, and can be made anonymously.
