Safe at Home Ohio Address Confidentiality Program (Safe at Home)
Free state program that gives survivors a substitute address to use for public records and government correspondence, while the Secretary of State's office forwards their mail, helping keep their actual home address out of public records as part of a safety plan. Participants apply in person with help from a certified Application Assistant, who works at an organization that serves survivors.

Survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, stalking, rape, or sexual battery in Ohio who are relocating or keeping a new address confidential.
