Oregon Adult Abuse Reporting (Adult Protective Services)

Statewide reporting for suspected abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of adults age 65 and older and adults age 18 and older with a physical or developmental disability or a mental health condition. Reports go to the statewide SAFE line; if someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
