Pennsylvania Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) (ACP)
Free state program that gives survivors a substitute mailing address to help keep their actual home address out of public records as part of a safety plan. Participants receive an authorization card with their name, substitute address, and participant number, and renew every three years. Apply with help from a local victim service program.

Victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, or child abduction in Pennsylvania who are relocating or keeping a new address confidential.
