Pennsylvania Adult Protective Services (ages 18-59) (APS)

Adult Protective Services investigates abuse, neglect, exploitation, and abandonment of adults ages 18 to 59 who have a physical or mental impairment that limits major life activities. Report suspected abuse to the statewide helpline at 1-800-490-8505, available 24 hours a day. General program questions can go to 717-783-3670.
