Rhode Island Adult (Elder) Protective Services
The Office of Healthy Aging operates Protective Services for older Rhode Islanders (age 60 and over) who live in the community. To report suspected abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, or self-neglect, call 401-462-0555 at any time; reports may be made anonymously. All Rhode Islanders are mandatory reporters. The office also provides information and help 24/7 at 401-462-4444.
