South Carolina Victim Assistance Network (SCVAN)
The South Carolina Victim Assistance Network is a statewide nonprofit created in response to the South Carolina Crime Victims' Bill of Rights to support and connect victim service providers and to serve victims of crime. SCVAN offers a legal department that provides no-cost victim rights consultations and general legal consultations, along with training and referrals to local victim service agencies.
