Adult Protective Services investigates reports that an adult who is unable to protect themselves is being abused, neglected, or financially exploited. Reports can be made statewide, 24 hours a day, by calling the APS hotline at 1-888-277-8366 (1-888-APS-TENN) or through the state's online reporting portal. If an adult is in immediate danger, call 911.
