Tennessee Child Abuse Hotline (Department of Children's Services)

Tennessee law makes every person a mandated reporter of suspected child abuse or neglect. Reports are made to the statewide Child Abuse Hotline at 1-877-237-0004 or through the secure online portal. Centralized Intake operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, as a single point of entry for reports of suspected abuse and neglect of children and vulnerable adults. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
