Texas HHSC Family Violence Program
The Family Violence Program at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission funds and supports a statewide network of trauma-informed shelter centers and nonresidential centers that provide emergency shelter and supportive services to survivors of family and dating violence and their children. Services through funded centers are free, voluntary, and have no income eligibility requirement.
