Utah's Adult Protective Services investigates abuse, neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults, including physical and sexual abuse, emotional abuse, caregiver neglect, self-neglect, and financial exploitation. Report by phone at 1-800-371-7897 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) or online any time. For an emergency, call 911.

Anyone who believes a vulnerable or older adult in Utah is being abused, neglected, or exploited. Utah law requires people who suspect this to report it.
