Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance
The Action Alliance is Virginia's statewide coalition working to end sexual and domestic violence. It does not run shelters itself, but it operates the 24/7 Virginia Family Violence and Sexual Assault Hotline (1-800-838-8238, with text at 804-793-9999 and chat) and connects survivors to the local sexual and domestic violence agency serving their area for crisis support, safety planning, shelter, counseling, and advocacy.
