Virginia Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting (CPS Hotline)

Virginia operates a 24-hour, toll-free Child Protective Services Hotline at 1-800-552-7096 for reporting suspected child abuse or neglect. Reporters do not need proof, only a reasonable suspicion, and can choose to remain anonymous. Reports can also be made to the local department of social services where the child lives. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
