This is Virginia's toll-free, confidential, 24-hour statewide hotline for survivors of family violence and sexual assault, their friends and family, professionals, and the general public. Advocates provide crisis intervention, support, information, and referrals, and can connect callers directly to local crisis centers and shelters. Interpretation is available in many languages, and a separate 24/7 bilingual statewide hotline for the Latino community is offered by the Latinos in Virginia Empowerment Center at 1-888-969-1825.
