Vermont Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program
Program that gives eligible survivors a substitute address to use with state and local government agencies so their actual home address stays confidential, and forwards their first-class mail to their real location. It also offers a protected records service. This is a mail forwarding and records confidentiality service, not a witness protection program. Eligible applicants can now apply through an online portal, and victim advocacy organizations can help with enrollment.

Survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking in Vermont (and certain protected healthcare providers and patients) who fear for their safety if their address is disclosed.
